During my week-long stay at Serby, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's exceptional attention to detail. Not only did the helpful staff assist me in finding a lost ring, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room, which came in handy for a last-minute touch-up before a special dinner. The cozy room with its efficient heating and air conditioning made for a comfortable stay, while the lovely terrace offered a relaxing spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The presence of garden furniture allowed me to unwind surrounded by the hotel's charming outdoor greenery. Serby's thoughtful amenities and warm hospitality truly exceeded my high expectations, making it a standout choice for families seeking a memorable stay in Gdansk.
